This seminar will help students take a challenge in the world they have passion for solving and frame it as an actionable opportunity. By using the fundamentals of the entrepreneurial process, students will learn how to use their imagination and creativity to identify, validate, and prepare for the implementation of a solution that can have a lasting impact on society.

JOSEPH PISTRUI
Joseph is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at IE Business School. His work focuses on the challenges of making sense of changing technologies, identifying new opportunities, and reenergizing the human capabilities required to transform society through innovation. Joseph co-founded three start-ups focused on the education field and advises countless startups in both the public and private sectors.
Skills
In this seminar, you will practice the skills of problem framing, ideation, and experiment with the tools that shape the entrepreneurial process. Each student will complete the seminar having contributed to the development of a plan for action that endeavors to turn a burning problem into an opportunity to create value for society.
