In this seminar you will learn what makes a company a great employer and to understand what talent they look for.

With a very dynamic methodology (videos, role playing, best practices.)
You will learnt about the Employer Branding and how to develop your personal branding to fit with the best employer expectations.

You will work with the ART model, 5 steps to attract and engaged candidates and employees developed by Almudena Rodriguez Tarodo.

ALMUDENA RODRIGUEZ TARODO

Almudena is a consultant, professor and lecturer dedicated to co-creating unique employer brands and personal brands with her students and clients.

A Ph.D in Marketing, her thesis on employer branding and leader development clearly place her at the forefront of her field.
She has more than 25 years of experience running global roles in HR and Marketing at IBEX 35 (Accenture; Amadeus; Banco Santander, Ogilvy and Indra).
