LEADING TRENDS THAT WILL SHAPE YOUR FUTURE

A top priority for 21st Century companies is to innovate at the speed of business. However, research shows that the lifespan of organizations continues to decline because most companies are not successful in innovating and adjusting to an increasing faster changing environment.
Therefore companies need employees who have a good grip on external trends that have an impact on their future. According to the World Economic Forum, one of the most important (and fastest growing) competence for employees is ?ideation/creativity.? People who how have strong ideation skills can help organizations innovate e.g. by (re-)designing new: products, services, business models, ways of working, talent management, business strategies etc.

Additionally ? you will get immersed into a number of practices that you can use in any future role like: visual thinking, design thinking and trendwatching.
