FIRST SEMESTER
The purpose of this seminar is to provide an analytical perspective on the financial booms and busts affecting advanced and emerging countries, their causes and their consequences – with special focus on the Global Financial Crisis and its aftermath.
HOW TO MANAGE A COMPANY: INFRASTRUCTURE, LEADERSHIP AND RELATIONSHIPS (THEORY AND ROLE-PLAYS)
SECOND SEMESTER
What will be discussed will not relate to functional matters (?how to do a business plan? or ?what are the most relevant marketing levers?), rather on what processes and methodologies need to be in place, for the company as a whole to be in a condition to obtain the desired level of financial performance.
HOW TO MANAGE A COMPANY: REVENUES, EFFICIENCY, RISKS, DEBT (THEORY AND ROLE-PLAYS)
SECOND SEMESTER
What will be discussed will not relate to functional matters (?how to do a business plan? or ?what are the most relevant marketing levers?), rather on what business concepts need to be understood, for the company as a whole to be in a condition to obtain the desired level of financial performance.
It is about key business ideas and profit generation concepts, in particular as to what the leader of an organization should personally be very well versed on.
INVESTMENT, PRIVATE EQUITY AND EMERGING MARKET (E.X. MIDDLE EAST ECONOMY)
FIRST SEMESTER
The purpose of this seminar is to provide an overall understanding of investment and its role and applications along with differencing between developed and emerging markets and in addition to understand private equity and its growing role in modern economy.
